This machine does the following process:
1. Jumbo reel feeding with one touch.
2. Online printing, both inside and outside.
3. Paper tension and aligner.
4. Inside and outside grinder for smooth egde pasting.
5. Online double side glueing.
6. Pnematic pattern cutting.
7. Robotic pattern feeding to winding.
8. Winding of paper to make a required specification of cones with base cutting & nose cutting.
9. Counting the cones and auto feed to driyer.

The wet cones which are manufactured moves into the driyer automatically one by one through the conveyors connected, and come out of driyer one by one in a time span of 20 minutes in the temperature of 80 to 100 degree Celcious. Such driyed cones and stacked together and feed automatically to the cone finishing machine. The driyer is powered by electricity. We also have an option of coal or diesel powered driyers.

3.Notching.
4.Nose waxing.
5.Nosing.
